What is a Template?

A template is a digital download, meaning no physical product will be shipped. You can easily download and print these files at home or at local print shops like Staples, Office Depot, FedEx, or Kinko's.
 

Can I Edit the Design Myself?

Yes! All lip balm label templates are editable in Corjl

How Do I Access My Editable Design?

When you order a template, you’ll receive an email from Corjl with a link to access your design. Please allow up to 5 minutes for the email to arrive. If it doesn’t appear, check your Spam folder. If you still can’t find it, feel free to message me through the contact form, or visit Corjl.com and log in using your Etsy order number and email address.

 

Do You Have Terms of Usage?

All templates and favor signs are for personal use only. Commercial use is strictly prohibited. Sharing, distributing, or reselling our designs, illustrations, or graphics violates copyright laws.

 

How Long Will My Design Be Available for Download After I Purchase?

Ready-to-print designs are available indefinitely and will never expire. By default, editable templates are available for 90 days. If you need extended access, message me through the contact form!

 

Do You Offer Refunds on Digital Products?

Since our products are digital, all sales are final, and refunds cannot be provided.

 

Is Lip Balm Included with the Digital Download Template?

No, labels are not sold with lip balm by default. To include lip balm with your order, please purchase the printed label option that includes lip balm.

 

Can I Purchase Printed Labels?

Yes! Every design is available in two formats: a digital download template or printed labels (with or without lip balm). No matter which option you choose, you’ll personalize the design yourself using Corjl.

 

I Purchased Printed Labels. Now What?

After purchase, you'll receive an email from Corjl with a link to edit your design. Make your changes, then click the “Approve” button to finalize. Once approved, your order will be printed and shipped.

 

Do You Manufacture the Lip Balm?

No, I do not make the lip balm myself. It is sourced from a reputable manufacturer based in the USA.

 

What Are the Ingredients in the Lip Balm?
